I Introduction &
determining your direction
We set the intention of your treatment during the intake; your heart’s desires are addressed. You learn about the root cause of your pain.…make contact with your body, identify triggers and to contemplate what they mean (at this stage: to allow them to be present).
II Deeper needs & attachment stylesWe all have needs…When do you feel that you are not being seen? And where does this come up in your body?…recognize your needs and to make the connection to your attachment style.
III Exploring boundariesWhere are your boundaries?
When you overextend and
when do you avoid them?
..see your boundary as a filter, protecting you from the world, instead of something which you resist.
IV Holistic Health: from overwhelm to balanceLearning to find the safety within; because you now trust your own perceptions.…prioritize your health as you know: the better you take care of your Self, the better able you are to fulfill all the other roles in your life.
V Practice, practice: understanding how to return to yourselfStuck in the ‘storytrain’ in your mind? Your body is the way out!
Time to learn some exercises for your joints & glands!
…recognize when you are triggered and new ways to respond.
VI Celebrating progress made: reflecting & plans for the futureHow do you feel now?

During this program and in only 3 months, you will receive insights and tools to redesign your life!

And by using Reiki during every session to support you in your growth, I can help you break through your blockages and patterns – old information which is preventing you from achieving your dreams!
